Stolen for the Quote Box

Thanks to my bud Sandra Donabed for this quote that was just right for today:

Maturity is a bitter disappointment for which no remedy exists, unless laughter can be said to remedy anything.
–Kurt Vonnegut, Cat’s Cradle, US novelist (1922 – 2007)

What are you doing now, MB? I just cut a pile of strips from a few new browns gotten at Adirondack Quilts last Monday. Sometimes it helps to stir some new ingredients into the mix. But now I’m cutting larger strips so I can cut 2.5″ squares and do the piecing and end up with a useable square more easily. Less fussing around and that is my idea of a good time.

Guess I better buckle down though for a few minutes and do some epic haiku eh? Last night I pushed the NaNoWriMo story to a new place.
