Well, there is actually a way to make it bigger, WITHOUT adding a border, and that’s cutting it into random sections, in various directions, having made some quilted strips beforehand then zigzagging the butted in strips to the pieces. could be interesting….but probably not what you want!

I’d do whatever it takes at that point lol.
Only needed to add one, not two, rows of insurance squares.
