And below is the just out of view. I made it to page seven in the introduction of one of them last night. Had to look up quite a number of words, oh those wacky folks of the late 19th century!

    Please note that at the bottom of that stack is something that can only be described as a bit of candy for my brain. Medieval Design. Page after page of it and then all digitized and usable however you like. Swirly borders. Frames of triangles and flowers. Diaper fields of…Ohio Star and Square in a Square… and the most amazing ancestor of dahlia quilts… and the saints. And rabbits suitable to hold their own against a lion rampant.

    It was between that and the Celtic and Norse designs. I went with my first love.
