Sad to see Silliness 4 ending. I think there weren’t enough haiku assignments but I overcompensated by writing way too many for each Wednesday’s haiku day!
Silliness, chase it
Let it land on you each day
and lighten your heart.Where your head says no
Silliness says go ahead –
you can and will. Laugh!Silliness loosens
your fingers on the pencil
and lets the line flow.Set aside the no.
Start by laughing with yourself.
Silliness says yes.Stuck where memory
meets the forward edge of time
Not a tear to spare.
Until we meet again, squeenie and silliness-mates! Oh wait – one more silliness assignment tomorrow, how silly of me!
