And thank you too,

Apple, for the free flu shot. Yes, my insurance says clearly that it pays for it. Every year in recent memory though, my doctor’s office says I don’t owe them anything, then bills me for $5. Last year I insisted on paying them $5 before I left, they didn’t want to take it and then they tried to give it back to me. Rolling eyeballs here. Office management has never been their strong suit.

So this year I sent for a flu shot card, which it turns out I didn’t really need. I stopped by to pick up a prescription and asked if they’d take my card. Sure thing. The nice pharmacist and I had a little laugh when his gloves totally stuck to the mandatory bandaid. (And I told him I was getting my flu shot there to remove the doctor’s office vs insurance annual debacle. He shook his head)

Flu shot. Done and done.
