Finished the binding last night but since I wasn’t ready with label I decided I’d tackle the bottom sleeve edge and label tonight. Went to bed thinking I’d get through a couple Poe stories and was instantly asleep. As in, wake up a couple hours later, lights still on, beverage un-drunk, lap full of open book and no memory of where I let off, kind of asleep.
So I gave it up, put away the book, turned out the light and went back to sleep.
I say this only because despite being ahead in several books for my online course, I’m stressing about finishing this week’s assignments. Geesh. How’d that happen? Tonight. Tonight.
This morning I finally got to work despite the state’s efforts to repave route 20 a mile or two at a time and jumped right in.
I think the most interesting and nicest thing that’s happened so far is that two different co-workers told me how much they enjoy reading my facebook links. Isn’t that nice? What I write here is linked to facebook and all, but the purpose of this blog isn’t just to be a collection of memes and links. I post interesting stuff more to social media sites. And although I do occasionally discuss current events and news here, I post more news links to facebook et all too. More timely and since I have a NYTimes account, I like to make important info available to those who might not have it available.
So there you have it – I apparently have some mad aggregation skills that my co-workers appreciate! And I appreciate knowing that they enjoy it!
