Yes, that was me earlier today writing rodential haiku.
Yes, I packed my shiny bento box with a wonderful lunch that was going to be more like dinner.
Yes, that was me getting to hug Christine and Joe, visiting from california.
Yes, that was me at “lunch”, starting to write 320 words about Dracula and the non-defined religious aspects of fighting evil in the story.
And yes, that was me, taking torx screwdriver to an old 17″ mac book pro to remove the left speaker. (we were doing a training at work and passed it around until there was nothing left but a box of screws and parts and the outer shell!)
Now it’s me typing this after enjoying the Monty Python portion of the closing ceremonies of the London Olympics. Yes, that was me singing along and swaying to “Always look on the bright side of life.”
I’m probably going to step outside in awhile to see if I can spot any shooting stars.
And then tomorrow and the next few days: I’m going to get the binding made and onto this quilt. Yup. That’s the plan.
