Haikus for the end of day

supernatural
seven syllables in a line
cupped by five, each end.

woke up this morning
cats sitting all in a line
their breakfast awaits.

my mind was ruffled
by silly internet stuff
calmed by many seams.

a pile of small squares
sewn and cut and sewn and cut
ironing between.

Barely raining night
heavy air is full and thick
rather than puddles.

the smallest, black cat
bundled waves she runs ahead
tip of tail, curving
