Early afternoon haiku

I put away some green fabrics and pulled out the drawer with brown strips and squares and looked them over. I think I have to start with the pieced squares though.

Meanwhile, continuing haiku for World Poetry Day

Where to start? The new •
fabrics stacked, strips, squares await. •
Ready to sew squares?

The moment of starting •
The loss of potential looms •
falling to the act.

XVIIII. Mage Haiku
The warrior laughed •
at the mage’s fine haiku. •
thus, was he ported.

XIX. Mage Haiku
Shaman whined, ‘Haiku?’ •
Mage said, ‘Travel alone then.’ •
Then, absence of mage.

Remember that this sort of started with haiku slams in Azeroth – you can see all the early Mage Haiku under the Haiku link above.
