The One Minute Elevator Talk

OK maybe it was more like 5 minutes or so…

I got out of work about 40 minutes late. Got in my car, started driving, got off at exit 5. Drove up central, pulled into a lot. Got out of my car and the door of the building was still open.

As I went in I called out “I’m sorry, I know you’re about to close!”

A man’s voice said, “No problem at all.”

In a couple of minutes he had answered all my questions*, apologized for being out of brochures, told me I could come back anytime and invited me to have a seat.

And that, my friends, is how I got to sit inside a 2012 red Fiat 500!

* Including: Availability of manual models? Mileage? Do they come with a young italian guy?

Answers: Plentiful. 42. Yes.

I think that was the exact word that came out of my mouth while I was sitting inside it. Felt bigger inside than I would have thought but all the controls and everything were – well – cute!
