I’m done for tonight. Hung up the WIP and am here to tell you that the middle is never an easy place. Usually I start in the middle and work out and around.
This quilt though has vertical bands of color and value and I’m changing thread colors along those same rough areas. The middle is a bigger area and I’m somewhere around half done with it. I’ll have to turn the quilt around to do the other side of this area
And now for something completely different: the back.
WOW I love to see the back now and then. It seems to make sense in what you’re doing. I understand the changing of color adding to the process. You have it down very good. Looks wonderful. You do know how to change the whole look in a good way.
