The last corner is here and the edge is in sight. In celebration I wound bobbins #26 to #30, after I put in #25.
Had to do a little ripping out but did it at the first sign of trouble.

For a long time it has seemed to me that life was about to begin; Real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be got through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.
I just tucked in the last thread ends on Billy’s off-to-college quilt. 7 bobbins to quilt it, I think.
Now to make/apply the binding. He leaves Friday. No pressure.
