Tired and Hot

or maybe hot and tired. Did a closing shift and when I came out at ten the air was super super thick and hot. Haven’t experienced anything like that in a very long time. Had some strange work experiences, had a few good ones. Got home in the heat and I’m vaguely hungry, mostly tired, a bit disgruntled at not getting enough quilting time and … well not much else.

I just finished a re-read of Dune, the first book. I need something new to read LOL. Where’s a new fiberarts magazine when you need one?

In other news, I’m tinkering a bit with plug ins to allow my visitors to share posts or email them. OK, seriously that’s really for my own benefit, so I can link what I write here to the facebook world etc. But if any of you are so inclined, go for it. Let me know if you encounter any problems or have suggestions on better ways to do it.

One Response to Tired and Hot

  1. I think it’s hot, bothered and tired.
I’m discovering the art of dodging heat whenever possible, which forces me into the studio for far longer periods (it’s in the basement – humid, but around 55°)
