You heard it here first:

SIOFRA: Irish Gaelic name meaning “elf.”

Surely a character will appear for this name.

On the other hand, this is a cool name for a faery elder:

LÍADÁIN: Variant spelling of Irish Gaelic Líadan, meaning “grey lady.”
