Spring Salad Days

Not sure why, but when I signed up for bringing salad to last night’s dinner, I instantly thought, ‘what about making green goddess dressing?’ So I stood in the store, looked up a basic recipe and gathered the ingredients.

It’s the most wonderful shade of light green, flecked with parsley, tarragon and chives, and thick and creamy. Not sure why it sprang to mind but I’m glad it did. I also made a basic herbed vinagrette with the same herbs which I will use too, but this… yummy.

    Yes it was yummy. And it looked gorgeous. Everyone who tried it liked it. We had a wonderful dinner and all our family was there.
