The end of haiku
for the day, just for the day
many to follow.

I just looked at the haiku file for today and it looks like I wrote twenty-four haiku in the past twenty-four hours. Huh. I couldn’t have planned that.

I did sleep, honest!

They certainly ranged in topic and there are a few in there that make me smile. All in all, a good day.

Haiku, accepted
as seventeen syllables
five, seven and five

poems in your pocket
will I be brave and offer
it’s the day for it!
