Day 27 (on Day 21)

Dear USPS

Dear USPS,

See? I knew you could do it. When you ship a package from Michigan and you don’t route it via several stops in Arizona including the mysterious TUXzon… it gets to me the very next day.

Amazing.

And off they go…

to various places, hither and yon!

One of the happy things about this poetry project is, having once made the decision to send postcards of my own photos, I got to browse a lot of photos looking for candidates. While doing that I found a few that were extra special and this one! A bigger print has long been clipped up in my sewing room – so long that the colors have started to dull but I didn’t know where the original was. And now I do!

On the incoming side, I got a wonderful postcard in response to a card/poem I’d sent out. That really made my day!

Not really day 25 but

this is the 25th day I’ve sent out a postcard or two.

This is a photo of lovely Brant Lake NY, in the Adirondacks. Tonight’s writing was inspired by a latin quote found in a post to the English Country Dance list. Gotta take things where you find them.
